Client on-boarding is very important to me. This is where I give you all the information you need to work with me. I will send you instructions on how to access your client office gateway as well as how to navigate within it. Your office gateway allows for convenient communication with me but I am always available through email if you would like to contact me. Ticket to Freedom would like each client to be able access their information at any time. To this end, each client has their own private office gateway within Ticket to Freedom.

Your office gateway gives you access to:

  • Your projects, documents, invoices, and payment records.
  • Paying your invoices online.
  • Convenient communication with the Ticket to Freedom team.
  •  Project and/or task submission.

As Needed (Hourly)

If you would like obtain my services on an “as needed” basis to be provided without a specific schedule in place, I recommend purchasing a block of hours (minimum 5) which can be redeemed over a period of six months. I will let you know once they have all been utilized. Please note that I will always strive to be available when you request time but purchasing blocks of time does not guarantee availability. To guarantee availability, please see my retainer plans below.

Monthly Retainer (Hourly)

If you would like to obtain my services on a regular guaranteed schedule. I can provide you with a monthly retainer to meet your needs. I will reserve the number of hours indicated by you each month and you will be guaranteed availability. I invoice these hours in advance at the beginning of each month. If, for some reason, you do not need us for all the hours indicated, I will credit them back to you in the next months billing cycle.

Projects (per project)

If you would like to retain my services on a specific project, I will provide you with a full quote including all the specifics for your review.  If you would like to discuss a project you may like me to work on, please fill out my contact form.

All estimates under $500 will be invoiced once we receive a signed agreement. I will begin work once payment has been received.

Estimates over $500 require a 50% downpayment once I receive a signed agreement. I will begin work once the downpayment has been received and will bill for the remainder due at the time of completion.
